Basic Overnight Oats
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 – 1/2 cup milk [depending on how thick you like it]
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Stir everything together in a bowl. Place in fridge overnight. In the morning top with something crunchy and something with healthy fats – like nut butter or nuts.

Hahahaa, I’m a firm believer in “If you got it, flaunt it.” We all have a favorite part(s) of our body, I love my legs and arms. I’ve been working really hard on toning up my legs/bum for Spring and Summer and I have to say that I am quite pleased with the results. I still have a while to go but I’m further from where I once was. Stay positive ya’ll!!! Sending tons of motivation and love!!! xxo
