Can I just say…

Boottttty, Bootttty, Boottty!!!

Hahahaa, I’m a firm believer in “If you got it, flaunt it.” We all have a favorite part(s) of our body, I love my legs and arms. I’ve been working really hard on toning up my legs/bum for Spring and Summer and I have to say that I am quite pleased with the results. I still have a while to go but I’m further from where I once was. Stay positive ya’ll!!! Sending tons of motivation and love!!! xxo

I know your goal is 15%ish but being honest a womans body looks best between 18-22%. Something just looks TOO cut at 15%. Water: 60%
Muscle: 41%
Body fat: 17.8%
P.s I obviously don’t look my best because I just finished a workout and I have no make up on and my hair is thrown up in a bun. I do clean myself up ;)
